JFA deliver effective training and development programmes as well as bespoke activities such as workshops, seminars or conferences, to meet your specific requirements. Examples include training in Leadership and Management, Team-working, and Project Management.
In addition, we offer the delivery of bespoke training for example, Health and Safety, First Aid at Work through our associates.
We also provide mentoring or coaching opportunities for individuals, to help support colleagues, such as leaders and managers, to adapt confidently to the challenges they face.
